Indian Marketplace provides a platform for users to list, bid on, and purchase items. We act as a facilitator and are not the seller of items listed by users.

We do not take possession of the items listed and cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised.

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Honour your bids. A winning bid in an auction is a binding contract to purchase.
• Describe items truthfully and accurately when listing for sale.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws regarding online commerce.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Listing illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items.
• Manipulating the price of any item or interfering with other users' listings.
• Posting false, inaccurate, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any fraudulent financial activity.

Listing an item is currently free. We may charge a small platform fee for successful transactions, which will be clearly displayed before you complete a purchase.

All payments are processed through secure, third-party gateways. We do not store your full card details.

In case of a dispute between a buyer and a seller, Indian Marketplace will provide mediation assistance. However, our liability is limited, and we encourage users to resolve issues directly through our negotiation tools.
